One of my resolutions for the year was to get proper hydration. I have seen others try this and post their results, but I wanted to see for myself if drinking enough water throughout the day could truly lead to a more youthful appearance and weight loss. Here is my beginning photograph (a closeup of the eye area) as a baseline for where we started. I will post a new photo and weight update in one month’s time. If I notice any other health effects from this experiment I will note those as well. I have decided to do this experiment for 4 months reporting the difference after each month, instead of for only doing this for one month posting after each week. Hopefully by the end of the 4 months, proper hydration will become a habit.
I decided to start this experiment at the end of January because I started a new exercise and food regimen at the start of the year. I needed to learn what the results of doing that for a month were first so I could know what the difference is from the water alone.
