Our meditation classes are a wonderful way for those new to meditation to begin your practice and for those experienced in meditation to refresh your routine. We provide an in depth introduction to the art of meditation, discuss some of the common difficulties people experience while meditating and how to overcome those difficulties. We then instruct you in several different forms of meditation and practice the meditations together as a group. Meditation classes run from 9am until 3pm on class dates, please dress comfortably and bring with you a lunch.
